Master of International Business
Dubravko connects business development, EU projects, public policy and strategic planning. His experience includes preparing and implementing development projects, advocacy, building national and international partnerships, and working across the business, public and civil society sectors.
He has contributed to national and European initiatives, advisory bodies and working groups related to human capital development, youth, social innovation, and the ESF and ESF+ programmes.
Psychologist · doctoral student
Tanja Herceg is a psychologist and doctoral student at the University of Zagreb. She combines organisational psychology, mental health, research and people development. Her experience includes team development, education, programme evaluation, public policy and supporting organisations through change.
She has experience leading organisations and international teams and working within European networks and organisations, including the European Youth Information and Counselling Agency – ERYICA. She has contributed to international and EU projects and initiatives focused on youth, mental health, sustainable development and social inclusion.
Dubravko Šopar and Tanja Herceg co-authored research on the living context and habits of young people in Bjelovar-Bilogora County, as well as research into the needs of young people in Grubišno Polje. The findings informed recommendations for local youth policies, programmes and services.
